Fire Risk Assessments

A fire risk assessment is a legal requirement for business premises under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, it has to be carried out by a competent person, and it has to be kept up to date. Our qualified assessors visit the premises and work through your fire safety documentation, the exit routes, emergency lighting and alarms, the sources of ignition and fuel, and anyone at particular risk. Getting Accredited

If a main contractor has asked for CHAS, SMAS, Safecontractor, Constructionline, CQMS or Altius, we put the submission together and answer the assessor when they come back with questions. Details on our safety accreditation support page.
