Fire Risk Assessments
If you own, manage or operate a business you need to abide by The Regulatory Reform Safety Order 2005 (RRFSO). The RRFSO replaces previous fire safety legislation. Any fire certificate issued under the Fire Precautions Act 1971 will cease to have any effect. The local Fire and Rescue Authority (the fire and rescue service) enforces the RRFSO in most premises, while the HSE enforces it on construction sites. It is a requirement of the RRFSO for a competent person to conduct a Fire Risk Assessment on business premises and keep it up to date to ensure that all the fire precautions in your premises remain current and adequate.
SafeWise has competent and qualified fire risk assessors who can conduct fire risk assessments on behalf of businesses.
Under The RRFSO employers must protect people from fire risks. SafeWise ensures compliance with expert guidance and assessments.
