Under the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023, employers have a legal duty to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment of employees. 

Our practical, engaging training provides delegates with the knowledge and confidence to identify, challenge and prevent sexual harassment, helping organisations create a positive workplace culture where everyone feels safe, respected and supported.

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) advises that training should clearly explain how employees can report incidents and the reporting routes available to them.
