World Mental Health Day 2022
World mental health day continues to spread awareness this year giving everybody the chance to talk about mental health and its importance. This year’s theme focuses on making wellbeing a global priority after the jarring and lengthy affects of the Covid 19 Pandemic.
World mental Health Day has been celebrated since 1992 by the World Federation for Mental Health and continues to bring people together and open up about their struggles. Since 2013, the World Health Organization (WHO) has organised a global campaign for World Mental Health Day.
