NOTE:

These are template RAMS to be amended to suit your contract. Please review these documents carefully to ensure they are suitable and sufficient to your work activities.

There may be site specific hazards we are unaware of. Risk assessments and Method Statements are working documents which should be reviewed throughout the contract to ensure they cover changing site-specific hazards.

MH TILE assessments are to be assessed and completed on the job.

COSHH assessments require the green sections to be completed.
